Veteran Resources

Finding the right program or service can be complicated. VTC helps Veterans understand their options, connect with appropriate departments, and access practical information related to housing, benefits, employment, wellness, and everyday needs.

Where to Start

Clear Guidance Starts Here

You may already know what you need, or you may simply have questions. Our team can help you identify the most appropriate VTC program, department, or community resource.

Veterans enrolled in eligible VTC programs may also work with a dedicated Case Manager who coordinates services and develops an individualized plan based on their goals.

How Case Managers Support Veterans

For Veterans enrolled in qualifying programs, Case Managers provide consistent guidance and help coordinate the services connected to each person’s plan.
