Since 1996, Veterans Transition Center of California has served Veterans across California from its historic Fort Ord campus, providing housing, supportive services, and whole-person care that empower Veterans to build stable, independent, and fulfilling futures. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, VTC is proud to be one of the few Veteran-serving organizations in the nation that welcomes Veterans, their families, and their pets, ensuring support extends to the entire household on the journey toward stability and success.
