Building Stable, Independent Futures for Veterans

For three decades, Veterans Transition Center of California has empowered Veterans to overcome barriers, achieve lasting independence, and build meaningful futures. We believe every Veteran deserves more than a place to live. They deserve the opportunity to thrive.

Through housing, workforce development, wellness, and strong community partnerships, we provide whole-person support that helps Veterans build stability, strengthen their families, and reconnect with their communities. As one of the few Veteran-serving organizations in the nation that welcomes Veterans, their families, and their pets, we understand that lasting success begins with supporting the whole person. VTC proudly supports regional efforts to achieve Functional Zero by helping ensure every Veteran has access to stable housing and the resources needed to remain successfully housed.

Personalized Support for Every Veteran

Every Veteran who comes to VTC is paired with a dedicated Case Manager who helps create a personalized pathway toward stability, opportunity, and independence. Together, they identify goals, navigate challenges, connect to resources, and celebrate progress every step of the way. Whether securing housing, preparing for employment, accessing health care, pursuing education, or strengthening family relationships, our Case Managers provide the guidance and support Veterans need to move forward with confidence.
