Why This Moment Matters

Since 1996, Veterans Transition Center of California has grown alongside the Veterans and families we serve. What began as a response to immediate housing needs has become a coordinated network of housing, food access, case management, wellness resources, and community partnerships.

This anniversary is an opportunity to honor that progress while preparing for the future. Demand for affordable housing, accessible services, and practical assistance continues to grow across the Central Coast and throughout California.

The 30th Anniversary Campaign will help VTC respond with greater capacity, stronger infrastructure, and resources that remain available when Veterans need them most.
