Department of Strategic Initiatives

The main goal of the Department of Strategic Initiatives is to help VTC enhance its ability to cater to the needs of veterans. This is achieved through various fundraising and marketing efforts aimed at increasing the resources available for veterans. DSI supports all VTC operations by focusing on donor relationships, community outreach, grant writing and tracking, strategic communication, and creating meaningful connections.
